Pokémon Gold and Silver are the 2nd Generation
of the Pokémon Gameboy games. Many new additions and changes
were made since Red/Blue/Yellow.
Major Changes
*A whole new land - Johto
*100 new Pokémon, bringing the total up to 251
*New types - Dark and Steel
*Many new moves
*Pokémon can now hold items
*Special stat split into Special Attack and Special Defense
*Genders and breeding capability
*Real Time Clock - Hours and Days in the game can be set to be the
same as time in the real world
Certain Pokémon can only be found in Gold and certain Pokémon
can only be found in Silver. Also, certain Pokémon are unobtainable
in both games and must be traded from Red/Blue/Yellow.
Celebi cannot be found in any of the games and can only be obtained
through a Nintendo event (or a cheating device)
